Popular Indian Dishes
Sometimes ordering Indian food can be a little scary. We’ve all seen the movies where somebody goes on a date to an Indian restaurant and then suddenly he’s sweating profusely and desperately looking around for a bathroom.
Some Indian spices may not agree with everyone’s stomachs, but there are plenty of options on the menu that anyone can enjoy without fear of humiliating results. One such item is butter chicken served with kaali daal (black lentils) and naan (delicious Indian bread). Curry is on pretty much every Indian restaurant menu and can be spiced to your liking. And if you’re feeling like you want something sweet, opt for a mango lassi or some delicious Indian ice cream.
Indian restaurants generally are understanding when it comes to different levels of spice. And most will cater to the type of spice level with which you are comfortable. So be adventurous! And enjoy a night out at an Indian restaurant without worrying about the outcome.
