Seeing Yesterday One More Time

Ever since Instagram implemented their stories feature, people have been having all kinds of fun uploading their own short videos. The only drawback about the feature is that all stories are gone after a day. While people have become more relaxed about the kinds of content they upload, sometimes opting for more risque videos that would never be posted as regular videos, the videos will be eventually be lost, and if you didn’t see them the first time, then you’re out of luck, or so I thought. Using a pretty clever Instagram hack, those once gone videos can be brought back and downloaded.

I have no shame in admitting I follow a few models on Instagram. They love posting stories of themselves while wearing bikinis and looking in the mirror. I guess even when they’re not on the job, they can’t help but post for the camera. One day, a model posted some story videos that put everyone in an uproar. She got so many new followers on Instagram that day. I took some screen shots of the videos before they were gone, but that wasn’t good enough for me. I had to find some way to get those videos. I did some digging and found out that the hack existed.

It’s pretty cool to have the hack at my disposal, because if there’s ever a chance that I miss an upload by someone, I can just use it to find the files I need. My memory can fade, but as long as I have a working drive, I can save those memories and transfer them over and over. I bet someone else has used the hack for more beneficial needs than I have. There’s probably crimes being stopped because someone used the hack to gather evidence and give it to the police.
